Relay

The Relay app is a step-by-guide that allows users to build an R&D claim, generate compliant reports, and submit directly to HMRC to claim tax credits. NKG worked with Relay to ideate and realise both their digital product and website. Making R&D claims can be a complicated process so we worked closely with the app developers to identify the lynch pins of the process and formulate the key functions of the tool as well as creating a unified visual identity and tone of voice. In doing this NKG was able democratise the process of making an R&D claim, increase its accessibility and create a more legible pathway for small business owners.
